The law and tax firm Bega & Partners was founded on an idea by Elton Bega.
After working for a long period in a prestigious law firm in Rome, he envisioned creating a new legal and tax practice open to international engagement and, in particular, to the Italian-Albanian context.
The firm operates in Tirana and, through its partners authorized to practice under Italian jurisdiction, also in Rome.
Elton Bega was born in Skrapar, Albania.
He moved to Italy to study law and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Teramo with a thesis in private law focused on contributory negligence of the injured party. He later obtained his master’s degree from the same university with a thesis in constitutional justice, specifically addressing the inadmissibility of the subject matter in incidental constitutional legitimacy proceedings.
He is licensed to practice law in Albania.
He works in the fields of civil and administrative law, with particular focus on contracts (including business contracts), family law, and immigration law.
He is fluent in Albanian, Italian, and English.
