We liaise with the competent authorities to check for any alerts in the Schengen Information System (SIS).

We represent—through our partners authorized to practice under Italian jurisdiction—migrants in dealings with the authorities for the issuance and renewal of residence permits, residence cards for family members of EU citizens, and permit conversions, including under the “Decreto Flussi” (e.g., from study permit to work permit, from seasonal to non-seasonal employment, etc.).

We provide legal opinions and assistance—through our partners authorized to practice under Italian jurisdiction—for migrants seeking to acquire Italian or Albanian citizenship (e.g., by residency, by marriage, ius sanguinis, or birth in Italian/Albanian territory).
If administrative procedures fail, we submit—through our partners authorized to practice under Italian jurisdiction—requests for internal review (self-protection), and assess the initiation of legal proceedings and appeals before civil and administrative courts.
We help de facto families become legal families through adult adoption procedures before the courts.
We protect—through our partners authorized to practice under Italian jurisdiction—foreign minors in vulnerable situations and their families by assisting them before Juvenile Courts in special authorization procedures under Article 31 of Legislative Decree 286/1998. We also provide legal advice to relatives of foreign minors who have been designated as guardians, supporting them in the formalization of guardianship appointments before Italian or Albanian courts.
We offer support in collecting, translating, and legalizing documents (legalization is the procedure required to make a foreign document valid in Italy, or an Italian document valid abroad).
